Going to San Antonio for the weekend. Sure hope I can behave! My daughter lives there, and one of her favorite places (and mine) is Wing Stop. YUM. I would love to treat her to lunch or dinner there, but . . . I think that place is EVIL when trying to diet! Say a prayer for me . . . :)

I hate that chicken is good for you, but whenever you have it at a wing place it's loaded with sodium and dripping in grease! Maybe do the lemon pepper one and only have a couple! Haha. And load up on carrots and celery. Sad, but it'll keep you on track! Good luck and have a fun weekend. :)
