I think I am in love, with my way of eating that is. Keto is my way to go. I can eat loads of food, and still lose weight. I am impressed! Down 1# in only one day? Great news for me. I don't eat many carbs it seems and my body is doing what it was meant to do, burn the fat!!! I am a very happy woman!!!!

I'm back up, carbs wise, but after deducting fiber it's 30-40g. Just can't be in mentality of restricting my vegetables intake for the sake of numbers; that wouldn't be sustainable. If I have to increase activity to stay in keto, so be it.
