This is a guess at my starting weight. Was 223 1/2016 and got down to 158 with ideal protein by 9/2016. Goal weight 165 w expected water weight gain to about that. Have put on atleast 15 by clothing fit. Maybe a little more/ less but too ashamed to weigh in. Will weigh in next week for sure!
