right I'm back in the game no more drinking and partying . changed my number deleted Facebook so I can't be corrupted . now time to fight the flab ... hello buddies I'm back ✌✌✌ xxx
223.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Steven I'm back on the same diet fruit loaf in the morning and a weight watchers curry and rice if I'm hungry before bed 1 slice of fruit loaf lol killer diet very repetitive but works lol
