I can't believe it I finally have a NORMAL BMI! I am so excited! I have lost 10 pounds. I ran 6 miles yesterday and nothing hurts today! BG before Breakfast was 99 after breakfast 154 kind of strange! Took .15 units with breakfast now i am taking .4 units to fix it. Still not bad considering! BG before lunch 83 and BG after Lunch was 122 and this also includes 3 pieces of dark chocolate for that sweet fix! i am beginning to really love dark chocolate better than Milk!
