Day 53 of new lifestyle, and I feel awful. On my period. Crazy emotional. Crampy and bloated. I'm still working out tonight as per my schedule. I've heard it helps relieve the cramps. Not weighing myself as to not be disappointed this week. Saturday, as usual, I will.
