Hoodia Gordonia--is anyone out there using this supplement? I have purchased it, but haven't started using it yet.

I use a spray formula of Hoodia occasionally to control my appetite when I want to wait a little longer before eating. It stops my stomach from rumbling for about an hour then I get hungry again.

Cool. I know that the kind I bought is supposed to be taken an hour before eating, but it's tricky remembering to take it then!
