Day 40, and my weight has been fluctuating pretty hard these last few days. I haven't put it into my weight tracker, since I like to input once a week on Saturdays, but it's been crazy. Went down two pounds, now up to pounds. It's frustrating. I better not be plateauing already!
However, I can just account it to the fact that I've eaten out more this past week than I should have. Olive Garden, Sushi Bar, Jamba Juice. Each day I'm still under my calorie intake limit of 1800, but not preparing the food myself, and the high levels of sodium, might just be making me fluctuate.
Had a good work out yesterday. Considering upping some of my weights.
