Slept until 7 am then back to bed around 9 or ten until 11:30! Wow I must have been tired. Made everyone pancakes and sausage and manage to not eat any myself. This is my last week of one meal a day. Next week I'll incorporate some workouts💥anxious to see the numbers on Saturday. Happy fat loss buddies :-)
