I am recording what I eat quite accurately and also recording my exercise accurately. I am not taking off weight at the rate this site says I should expect however... About 2/3 as much. I think my metabolism is a bit slower than this site expects or something. I'll take a look in the longer term at what the calories add up to compared to the results. I think this site overestimates exercise calories - especially for light activities. I may be wrong though. Early days yet and I am losing weight. I have put on a lot of muscle as well which weighs heavier than fat... my waist is definitely smaller: by about 6 cm which is quite a lot so that tells the real story I think. (I measured my waist with a piece of string about a week into this and I've taken off 6 cm around the waist since then... in about 3 weeks.)
I seem to be averaging about .3 of a kg per week loss. Slow... but I guess it gets me there... about 20 weeks total. I also notice that I seem to lose it most after an energetic bike ride on the Monday.
