Exercise routine... been thinking about.
Monday ride with BUGs Tuesday Swim or ride into markets perhaps... too many days riding. Wednesday ride with beginner BUGS Thursday ride with Thursday group Friday swim or perhaps kayak when my wrist is a little stronger Saturday Ride into markets perhaps Sunday Kayak
That leaves Tuesday and Friday as swimming days at the moment which breaks up the riding and Sunday as a kayaking day... although that is only every second week. I could do walking on the days I don't kayak...
