Actually have only been back on my new eating for two days and not feeling skinny. LOL My tummy burns, I have a headache but it will pass. Made something interesting tonight for supper. Grilled chicken breast and made a healthy sauce for it. Boiled a bag of chopped up broccoli mix, carrots, onions,little cabbage in a large can of diced tomatoes. Was thinking I was going to make cabbage soup. When it was done I pureed it in the blender and used this for my sauce on the chicken. Sure was good.
