Lost a total of 6 lbs. In 6 days one pound per day, since cominbg back to this site, only problem is weight loss game won't continue at this rate, as the body drops pounds so does basal metabolism requiring one to either decrease the calories consumed or burn more calories through activity in other words the lighter you become the more effort is required to lose weight.

Kudos John! and yeah, the metabolism, after periods of weight loss, body thinks its in survival mode so the metabolism slow down kicks in -- but key is keeping nourished and not skipping meals. You got that right.
