I'm baking low carb double chocolate chip cookies for the kids. I used coconut flour, truvia baking sugar, breakfree eggs, coconut oil, dark chocolate cocoa powder and dairy free chocolate morsels. Each week I'll try a new low carb dessert recipe for testing purposes lol.
