I've just passed the 20 pound mark and can finally see/appreciate how my body has transformed over the last 6 months.
I'm finally in a place where I feel comfortable naked.
I can feel my ribs and hip bones without sucking in. I don't actually need to suck in anymore.
I've gone from a size 10 jean to a size 6, which are actually baggy after a couple of wears.
I'm a size XS in women's tops and dresses, and a M in juniors sizes.
I'd like to lose another 3 to 5 pounds so I can comfortably fit into size 4 jeans, I just don't want to lose my butt so I'm working hard on working out to lose the last bit of weight and tone at the same time.
I've hit a milestone though and am pretty pleased (and surprised to be honest) with how I've stuck to this.
