I went a tiny bit over on carbs today. Only about 3 net carbs over, not too bad. I wanted the wrap I had with dinner, I needed the fiber today. I also don't believe the pork I had today for lunch was 5.5 carbs. I had Publix mojo pork and it was good. I got the fattier pieces and they didn't put any onions in it, so it was most likely a little bit lower since they usually put the onions in. I didn't get to weigh myself before leaving my house this morning so I'll weigh in tomorrow morning. I don't really care if I weigh myself everyday or not so no big deal. Tomorrow I may make a low carb pancake mix I found on Amazon. They have 5 net carbs per serving and 14 grams of fiber. It says it can also be used to make bread or muffins. I got the original flavor but they also have pumpkin and chocolate. If the original is okay I might order the others. (pumpkin 7 net carbs, chocolate 6 net carbs but pumpkin bread, yummy)
