No change. I'm not going to say it's not disappointing. I believe this is due to three things. One, I had a cheeseburger and fries on a non-cheat day. One of the reasonings was that in maintenance a bad meal here or there wouldn't harm me. So, if that is the case, it certainly worked this week. However, I am not in maintenance as I said earlier this week, so I don't want to make that mistake again. Two, I started working out again this week after a decently long hiatus. Not that I have become "built" this week, but it is not unreasonable to expect some muscle gain. And three, my water has not been as good as it needs to be. I know that, but I forget it day by day. Need to remember.
