One year today on LCHF. No grains, no rice, no pasta, no sugar. Was I 100% perfect? Nope. But I'm thrilled with my results so far...

Chols: 3.8 mmol/L

Sorry @1Dale, that I didn't comment back. Yes LCHF = low carb high fat. I aim to eat under 20 net grams of carbs per day, moderate amount of protein, usually between 70 and 90 grams, and between 70-80% of my calories come from healthy fats.
