Mistybenner's Journal, 28 December 2016

32.5 hours without a cigarette. 🚭Finally decided to try it again. ✅I'll get to the weight later. My Dr ordered me chantix a year ago and i told myself, if I don't stop this day I will take that. Too freaked out to take the medicine so made sure I did it on my own. So far so good🙏🏻 Hope everyone had a great year and has an even better 2017. All of you have been wonderful and I really lucked out speaking to those who know who I am talking about! Thanks!!💥

Good job. The smoking habit has to be a priority. The weight will come off after you get over the hump. I quit smoking 20 years ago on 1/1/97. It was something I had attempted many times. I learned some great tricks along the way which made it easier the last time. I haven't even wanted a cigarette since then and I lost all the weight I gained, plus 30 more lbs the next year. You got this one.
