Eating enough good food is HARD.
So let me explain:
Back in the day (probably about a year ago), I could put back a Big Mac, Medium Fry and Medium Drink in like 5 minutes and be fine until dinner... Probably did it once a week. 1,130 calories.
Today, for 1/2 the calories (or 2.5 donuts), I STRUGGLED to put back 8 cups worth of veggies (Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower) and a 1/2 lb of salmon with lemon. Just kept it simple. It was a LOT of freaking food. It took me 25 minutes. ugh. Hell breakfast was 5 eggs and a half bowl of oatmeal. That was rough too.. I NEVER used to eat that much in volume of food.
Hell, I have to eat like that 4 times a day to get to 2,000 calories which isn't even maintenance for me.
I feel better, but it's like an eating competition every time I sit down.
Anyways. onwards.
Planks.
