So yesterday I drank like crap (2 iced teas at Olive Garden and a large McDonald's coffee...) and dinner was a sugar laden Starbucks trap.. oh well. Didn't go over much on RDI I have set, but I'm sure none of that helped. Time to eat well today, drink a s***ton of water and probably gain a lot of water weight back. Do some cardio today and get our Christmas decorations up.
Actual: Waist Measure: 33" on 11/22 (Goal is 32") BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%) Pushups: 50 yesterday. Rest weekend.(Goal is 100) Cardio: umm. 10 hours of following the women through stores holding the baby ha. Fasting: Broke fast at 10:30 am
Cut Plan: Pushups: Rest weekend. 55 form push-ups Monday. Fasting: Eat breakfast and focus on good food. Weight: finish cut by end of year. Exercise: try to get in 30 min of treadmill or rowing.
Add dips in December probably.

Haha, I have lots of practice carrying little siblings around for long periods of time, so I know what you mean there! Wow, less than a month 'til Christmas; gotta get gift getting going! *wonders if that can be said aloud ten times fast* :)
