Today was a crazy day at work. However, I still managed to have a good lunch and a nice dinner. I went grocery shopping today for the first time after starting my diet. It was actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I just didn't even go down the isles that have the stuff that I don't want to eat any more. Really looked at the calorie content and serving size. I feel like I might actually be able to maintain this for a long time.
