good morning..haven't been to faithful on fs lately..weight is up today..ate to many carbs and didn't care..today the scales are telling me what I already know..time to refocus..get off the carbs..so it's chicken broth today..get the toxins out and back into fat burning mode..just a bump in this long journey....looks like a wet day outside here...so lots of steps inside today..have a great one..
