Day 6 of 21✅👍🏻😆
Weighing tomorrow fasting Wednesday and rest day from the dirty 30. It doesn't say to rest though but I'm going to. Been able to hold of all snacking of any kind! Meals planned for tonight and tomorrow. I'm liking the pre log days a lot I've done it before not sure why I stopped.

Great job, Misty! I just fixed my first batch of tofu, and put smoked oysters, walnuts, sunflower seed, without the shells of course. I even got it down. They honey was the redeeming factor. Talk about throwing everything in sight in it!

Warren sounds interesting. Kp I started smoking again when I went Vegas. I quit for 60 days. I'm going to try again November 9th. 😉
