I check in and comment everyday. Journal entries most days. I love the accountability here. Now I am making a journal entry every day for the challenge.

Yep....I agree with Rhontique. Log everything, check in here daily. I get so much encouragement from other people's journals.

This Buddy challenge is going to be good for me because i have been slipping with my food diary and my journal and even talking out here to everyone. got to get back on track. Your right the accountability is great here. I really think journaling is what has helped keep me losing these past few months.
