So far I am doing really well. I am at work again which helps to keep me on a schedule, and not mindlessly eating at home. I am really proud of myself today. The office staff decided to order breakfast from McDonald's. I did really good and ate what I brought with me. Feeling pretty good about my self today. It doesn't feel as hard as I thought it would be.
