Same here and coming down with either a sinus infection or a cold. Upping my vitamin c and currently drinking some green tea. 2 of my grandkids have had something and guess who they have been visiting. I will take it though.

Thanks everyone! I had fun in the garden today with my Juvie students. Worked up a good sweat hauling out pumpkins and squash and pulling giant weeds (things got so out-of-hand in my 6 gardens while I was absent!). The guys were in battle mode mowing down the overgrowth; it turned out to be a fun job! Maybe I burned enough calories to bust through my plateau. Hope you beat the cold, Norma.

Stay with your plan in general but then maybe tweak things a bit ... play with macros or exercise or water...sometimes will shake it up!
