Been good this week and managed 3 hours of exercise so starting to get back on track. The warmer weather has helped alot! Also been tracking calories quite well this week. Hubby has decided to lose some weight as well now and actually worked out with me yesterday and says he feels it today. I know from past experience though that he only has to consciously reduce his intake a bit and he drops weight like it's falling off him, which has always made me a bit jealous. Will be interested to see how his progress goes.
Will try to be good this weekend as we're eating out at an Indian vegetarian buffet restaurant on Tuesday so I'm looking forward to indulging - roti/naan/lovely curries - here I come!
