Body beast shoulders today. Food decent. No after dinner snacks. 3rd day in a row of 10 min HPs. Swimming check, even though the pool was packed. They have a two lane lap section but can't keep the kids from being in there on hot days. I understand until someone gets hurt... My new back pic. I compared it to 2 months ago and there's for sure a "bulk" difference. But I see fat too so... Onward and upward. Numbers tomorrow.

Funny, I was watching Body Beast commercials today. It reminded me of the old days, when I took lifting real seriously. I worked my butt off today. I actually ran twice, and lifted , and actually bumped my running speed by a half a point, but it killed me. You are amazing. Do you have before pics for Body Beast? I hope you post before and afters.

Thanks chica! It is fun and a full time job but I bought all this equipment and I will not waste my money and have my pull up tower become a clothes rack!! Warren I posted on beachbody. I'll put up a halfway mark for beast then a complete. I posted before and afters of hammer and chisel. I just need to stay consistent with nutrition.

I want to do Body Beast!! My birthday is coming up and my husband keeps asking me what I want.. Mayne I should ask for that. I've got three weeks left of T25!

I need to Misty. I talked to a tech and set up an appointment for a bod pod test but I had to cancel. I believe my BF is pretty high. I'll post when I get it done.
