Feel better than yesterday... for one thing, I have to give myself credit: I ice skated Saturday; I water walked yesterday for an hour; and I ice skated again today. So I'm starting to really get into the rhythm of exercising every day. I was thrilled to find out that the ice rink has already shifted to its fall schedule, so there's adults-only/figure skating-only sessions M-W-F over the lunch hour. This is great for me, because my lesson will be on Tuesdays starting in September, so I can have practice sessions at least twice each week, and then on the off days go to the gym. I want to start water walking at the gym, but I'm waiting for my new bathing cap to deliver. I know -- sounds strange, but when I tried to buy one last week, I discovered no one had any in the stores, and I had to order it. I thought it would be here by now, but no such luck. Now I have to work a little harder over the next month or so to try to find a balance between keeping my carbs down, managing my calories, and avoiding more kidney stones.What a challenge!
