This is the first time in a long time that I actually started changing the way I eat and got thru a weekend without loosing control! It's a great feeling. I didn't do perfect yesterday, but I felt like I stayed in control and didn't go crazy. Today has been not perfect, but I have not ruined the whole day just have to watch what I do for supper a little closer, but all in all its been a good day. Nascar turned out really good yesterday, what is an awful track for my driver, turned into a very good day somehow and thats always good. My driver maintained his points lead with 3 to go this season maybe he'll win his first championship and that would be awesome!!! The Steelers won too, it was a great Sunday!!! I have to bowl in my Monday night league tonight and that will keep me from sitting around thinking of food and get me a little exercise and before I do that I have to take my youngest trick or treating and I think we will walk our neighborhood for that some that will be some more exercise too!!
