No change in weight which is both good and bad. I didn't pig out over the long weekend, but I did a pretty intense workout Monday morning. Water retention perhaps. IDK. Just watching the eats really carefully, so maybe there will be some good downward trend going on the scales soon.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
