The test was a success! I'm back down to my lowest weight (since starting this low-carb journey). So I'm very pleased with my test. Having reached my goal, I've been less strict about measuring exact portions, and have not been recording everything on a daily basis, but I'm still opting for low-carb alternatives during meals and snacks a vast majority of the time. And it's paying off. After a slight rebound of a couple pounds for a little while...as of yesterday...I'm back down to 145 (& 8oz LOL), which is where I prefer to be.

145 is much MUCH better than where I was at the start of this year!
I haven't been exercising as much as I'd like, but I hope to change that too, and if I do...who knows! I might drop even lower on the scale. LOL We'll see.

Question, have you figured out your ACE. I just wonder will it be any easier to maintain than to lose. There is no doubt in my mind that I will have to work at maintaining my weight once I reach my goal. I am hoping that I will only have to exercise 3 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes instead of an hour or so. Congrats on reaching your goal and continuing the Journey...
