OK I am pulling myself up by my bootstraps and getting on the horse again. We have a full kitchen at work - 2 microwaves, stove, oven, toaster oven, dishwasher. And it's clean.
So there is no reason I can't make something healthy. I went out at lunchtime and got a baby frying pan and and a spatula, some preshredded veggies (yellow squash, zucchini, and red pepper) and some egg whites and a 6 pack of eggs (usually I put one egg and 2 egg white eggs). I got some diet cranberry juice and some organic chicken broth. I also have macadamia nuts.
I'm going to get into ketosis and start losing again.
I had to stop swimming for a bit because I had cortisone shots in my knee but its been long enough - I am going to start water walking again.
I have to make a "crisis" kit for when I want to binge eat.
I know I can do it!
