5. Reverse Lunge Right 15lb Dbs 10,8,6
6. Pull Ups 6 10 w band 5 8 w band 4 6 w band
Repeat 4-6 other side #5 Pull ups 6,2,3 TIRED OUT!
7. Military Press on Ball 10 15lb DBs 8 " " 2 " " TIRED OUT!!
8. Bulgarian split squats !5lb DBs 10,8,2 Tired OUT!
9. Post Delt Fly Right side 6.5lb DBs 10,8,6
Repeat 7-9 with completed sets on 7 and 8 ;) 3 min cooldown 47 mins in all My Body is on Fire...:)
