A little closer to the 200 mark. Not a bid drop but ok since last week.
I wasn't real good at tracking nutrition but know I got the exercise in as planned.
Another 16 days until my contest with my friend ends. We've been neck and neck with her doing a bit better but I am glad she agreed to extend it because I will win! FYI, in case you are curious, it is the combination of weight loss and achieving the workout goals.
