Happy Sunday... Abs are made in the kitchen! This is my new motto. No more eating out until the 30th and then I will eat clean foods while in Vegas. 12 more days and I'll be doing my hammer and chisel for a month. I've been off my foods. I've had two brownies this week some ice cream and a stupid cupcake and a payday. This may not sound that bad but it is when I'm suppose to be sculpting. I am skinny. I have lost my weight. I'm trying to build muscle and I feel like I need to be coached step by step but I realize I have to do it on my own. That being said, I'm off to chisel. Have a great day.

I think the scale is the bottom line. I am trying to vary my diet with my results. I have found almond snacks, and hazelnuts a real friend to my diet. I am now trying some honey nut bars, that are kind of high calorie, but seem filling. I'm trying to find food items, that fill me up, or I think are nutritious, like sweet peas and veggies from the 99 Cent Store.

Hey Misty, good plan on the food choices...Hammer and Chisel is two parts, very good balanced program, hypopressive should help the Hammer part. Also, Google 30 20 10 HIIT for help on both parts. Need to keep the muscle lose the fat. Sorry for the abrupt post...middle of a workout, on my phone :-)

Thanks all. I'll google that thank u. Hope u had a nice work out. I finished mine cussing all the way, that's how I know I pushed myself. Haha. I went shopping for food yesterday morning. Going to prep all foods for the week breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack for five days. Should help me stay focused and away from takeout. I swear I had takeout everyday last week. Last night I ordered rib tips no sauce. Came w sauce did I eat then yes. Did I eat the fries underneath no coleslaw no garlic bread no. I found myself at 998 cals at 11pm. Thought about three White Castle sliders, oatmeal, carrots and hummus, I went w a payday bar and 2 cups air popped corn. Ugh. I know why I was low due to no lunch. It's hard to work around other ppls schedules but I'm getting there. This morning I loaded up on my breakfast. Having a shake w almond butter. I'll have spinach tuna and grapes in a min.

Thanks mom. I wrote out my menu for Monday-Friday. All containers counted for. Workouts scheduled. I'm proud of u for eating apples and spinach tonight! Wink wink. Thanks Kp! Blushing.
