I believe that Jenny Craig works because of the food no guessing, and smaller portions. I love having snacks which I never allowed myself before, and I think I can finally trust that my body wants food. I believe I was in a starvation mode, and I will try to make it my life goal to always allow myself something to eat every 2 or 3 hours. I am trying to cook dinner myself and always include a salad at lunch which helps my sometimes need for volume/hunger.
