thank you!!! it was a good motivator for my bike ride today... I pushed myself extra hard to see when I'd actually start breathing heavy... took me 3 whole Laps to get my heart rate up!! that's like... unheard of!! for the last few years if I go down the driveway to quick I'd be gasping... Or going up the stairs. . I can run up the stairs now, while carrying my son and wearing leg weights. I'm so freaking pumped today. getting that battery sure made me happy!
