i only have a 5 day routine, after posting my 5 day routine im just gona post my day# i am on that day.

Thanks for the workout routine post- I just completed day two of the recommended starters routine that came with my total gym. I've found that I have enjoyed it so far and I haven't got too terribly sore like I normally do with free weights but I am just as fatigued at the end of the workout.

kool dave. i am already a big guy, lol but im not tring to get bigger mussles. im just tring to stay flexable and stay in decent shape before it gets out of control as i get older.keep at it. when i first started i really over did it so bad i had to wait 3 weeks be for i could get back on my total gym, i mean really bad! lol. when i restarted i started slowly. its been like 2 years now and though i dont give up all snacks because i luv them, lol. i just try to limit them. keep pushing forward bro, believe me, it gets easier. thanks for the support bro.
