Perfect storm of hormones, disappointing news at the dentist about my hoped-for implant, and a migraine led to a binge on ice cream and potato chips. And the ice cream didn't even taste good. If I had stuck to my plan for the day instead, I would have only had some really tasty, healthy food. Going to work out with my daughter now, then have some water and declare myself back on track and moving forward.
