That's WONDERFUL!! I agree about the scale and weighing-in too often...between water-weight, hormone fluctuations and the like, weight can fluctuate GREATLY, and cause disappointment and even thoughts of abandoning the WOE altogether...
I try to do either every 4 or 5 days, but I have switched to once a week now. Measuring is a much better indicator...clothes fitting looser and looser is great too!!
