Rckc's Journal, 12 February 2016

So, it's been 3 weeks since I weighed in. Challenging myself to go the month of February without. Would be easier if I didn't get that "reminder" at the top of the page every time I get on here. I feel pretty good tho and have upped my carbs just a smidge. I had taken measurements a while back (dum dum, I didn't write down the date) so decided to measure this morning. Total down 9.75 inches. Happy with that! Everyone have a great weekend!

That's WONDERFUL!! I agree about the scale and weighing-in too often...between water-weight, hormone fluctuations and the like, weight can fluctuate GREATLY, and cause disappointment and even thoughts of abandoning the WOE altogether... I try to do either every 4 or 5 days, but I have switched to once a week now. Measuring is a much better indicator...clothes fitting looser and looser is great too!!
