I'm hoping that the last few days have prepared me for the Supper Bowl. We are trying to keep it simple. Chicken wings and veggies should not hurt too bad. I am a little concerned about over doing my request for crab quiche. It's been a long time since I last tasted it. I'm pretty sure I can eat some in moderation. We don't have to eat the whole pie in one sitting, do we? Leftovers will just as tasty and another opportunity to enjoy.
Just one more thing... Go PANTHERS!!!

Make the quiche without the crust or find a faux crust recipe made with cauliflower. You can still have it all! Good luck tomorrow. GO BRONCOS!!!!!

Wow - crab quiche sounds yummy!

Heh, heh - when I said you can still have it all, I meant to add, "but just not as much". As far as super bowl, I have to be for Broncos because I live in CO but if the truth be told, the Pats would be playing. I just hope it's a calorie burnin', excitin', jump up and freak out game!!!
