I think I already OD'd on protien today ... But only 11 carbs so far.
What's the opinion on the Atkins snack bars? They had like 20 kinds at the store ...(snack not meal...)

I do not use any processed products - the Atkins bars have sugar alcohols in them and some people crave after eating them. If you want "sweet", GOOGLE "Fat Bombs" - yummy!

I bought a box and just had half. They taste kind of funny to me so it wasn't worth eating the other half. I will google fat bombs!
