Doing OK. Weather is mild for the time of year. Dieting is going well. Slow and steady wins the race. I know by summer I will be below 210, and that is my goal - so it is not like I can't reach it - it is only a little more than twenty pounds away and not like it is 100 or something. But one can also do those ten-pound increments by two-month goals too, which are reasonable... and then one can't be disappointed as easily. Food portions just have to be cut dramatically, and calories too. Exercise helps if one can do it also.
