More rain and storms last night…lots of lightning…a light show from my upper floor….

I last night I gave into a small square of a snack…I was sorry I did,.it must of had sugar in it…my head felt like it was spaced out for over an hour…not a good feeling for me..I had picked up 2… girlfriend…had no side effects…but I eat cleaner then her…she’s still in the process of cutting certain things…

Just another day to learn….lol…..
