Happy 😃 happy. 😃 positive Friday…oh so foggy this morning

Another day..of making the best choices…the start to the next 30 days of carnivore…it’s become a habit..like most things in life…

I see so many in here that have slowed down …I even see it in me…especially when I walk outside..have to be more careful walking outside..eyes don’t see the ground like it use to….bur most mornings after breakfast..I do a mile…just to work breathing off….then inside another 4 miles thru out the day…
