Chaos in a bowl. Chicken, kale salad mix, cottage cheese, leftover tropical fruit, balsamic and olive oil with some chia seeds. Tasted pretty darn good and a lot less salty than all the stuff I ate last week.

Chia seeds are high in fiber and protein, but I add them for crunch. Texture thing. They’re also supposed to be a superfood.
