Happy Friday! Well I'm back! Wedding in San Diego (fit into the dress)!, trip to Vegas then onto CO for 11 days. All was great. Didn't weigh, ate okay several diversions from 'good'. Now I have a sinus infection and if I don't eat something a bit solid the antibiotics bother my stomach. Muddling through but not really recording.
I am actually quite thrilled I'm 'only' up just over 2lbs. My hosts in CO are foodies and bakers. Her chocolate cake was to die for (I only had 1 piece, but I wanted more)!
So here I am, re-engaging with all of you fabulous FS peeps. Feels good to be back, but until I am well, I am not dieting, not weighing. I'm just going to focus on getting well.
