I will be doing a weigh in tomorrow but today I have my best day ever in terms of steps 22054 burned 5072 calories and only consume 1336 so I hope it shows up on the scale but if not I know I'm really working hard to reach 199 by the end of the month

That's great! I know you will achieve your goal. I'll set a goal to be at 120 . something by the end of the month. It might not seem like much but I haven't worked out all week except for my shoulder therapy (hurts enough to make this warrior cry while she is doing it but can see an improvement already) and I'm working on getting past the pain. I'm going online to order that talking pedometer and start looking into how many steps I should be doing along with a lot of crunches each day! I suspect I'm not giving myself credit for steps and I like to see what I'm accomplishing. Thanks blkbear for the inspiration and challenge (even though you didn't realize you were giving one!) :D

22000 STEPS?? WOW! I got half of that yesterday (my highest so far). I'm building my endurance but I've got to step up my game lol. Wonderful gob Blkbear! :)

Fabulous on the steps -- but don't get discouraged if you don't see the difference on the scale tomorrow. Weight doesn't vanish like magic overnight. It might take a week or two -- and then you might take a sudden drop. Our bodies can sometimes hold on to weight longer than we'd like. Congratulations on your hard work.
